Two and a half months moving, staying, learning. This time, I do not want to describe exactly what I did. The people with whom I spent time helped me, but there were long moments of loneliness, introversion, difficulty in understanding myself. Logistically speaking, south-east Asia is super easy, cheap, no problem. It's just too hot ^^
So I don’t want to talk about the facts but what these experiences brought me as knowledge, conclusions, experiences. It is important for me to write a few lines about it.
People talk about personal development; it is indeed the case. Many books and videos cover the subject and it may seem boring to talk about it again. This is a reminder because many people know it. And I like to do that: motivate in my own way and make bites of reminders in some minds. There are lots of critics to do, lots of debates that can follow. I am calling for discussion, I am listening to you.
I spent 3 weeks in Thailand volunteering at an hostel and taking Thai massage classes in Chiang Mai. 3 weeks in Cambodia to teach English to children in the LCDI (Leaderchip Character Development Institute) near Phnom Penh and then to hang around with a friend; 12 days in Vietnam to meditate with adorable nuns and hang out in a Homestay with nice girls and tourists at the spot full of calm and relaxing lake and finally 8 days in Hong Kong with a wonderful music friend and her companion, I opened my eyes in front of the futuristic but very real landscape of the city ... which take place next to a surprising well-treated nature.
